The Stoning of the Jamarat is throwing marma (place throwing) with pebbles on Nahr and Tasyriq days. 

Where is the Jamarat Al-Ula, Al-Wusta and Al-Aqabah?

Jamarat Ula (first) is a jamarat which is located near the direction of Haratullisan.
Jamarat Wusta (middle) is the second Jamarat (located in the middle between Jamarat Ula and Jamarat Al-Aqabah).
Jamarat Al-Aqabah (Kubra) is Jamarat located on the border between Mina and Makkah.

When Is The Time Allowed To Stone The Jamarat?

Stoning Jamarat Al-Aqabah on Nahr Day on the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah, 

• Afdal time (main) after the sun rises the nahr day. To the safety of the congregation, better to avoid afdaliyah time, because the time is very risky/dangerous and try to stone with the group.
• Ikhtiar time, noon until sunset (ghurub).
• Jawaz time, after midnight on 10th of Dhul-Hijjah until dawn on 14th of Dhul-Hijjah.
• Stoning Jamarat Al-Aqabah at 10th of Dhul-Hijjah should be done after midnight until 05:00 am, or 11:00 until 18:00 or choose a night from 18.00 until 24.00. Avoid choosing at 05.00 s.d 12:00 AM, because it is very crowded and high risk. 

Stoning Jamarat on the Tasyriq days (the 11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah) the time is:

• Afdal time: ba'da zawal, the sun's slipping.
• Ikhtiar time: afternoon until evening.
• Jawaz time (allowed): i.e. other than afdal and ikhtiar starting from the dawn of the day concerned)

Can Seven Pebbles Be Thrown At One Time?

Must not throw seven pebbles at a time for one Jamarat, if throwing seven pebbles at a time for one Jamarat, it counted only one throw.

Is Stoning The Three Jamarat Must Be Orderly From Ula, Wusta, And Al-Aqabah?

Must be orderly from Ula, Wusta, and Al-Aqabah. If it is not orderly, it must be repeated from the beginning.

Can Stoning Jamarat Be Delegated To Someone Else?

Yes, if there are syar'ay emergency reasons, such as illness, the officer who takes care of the sick, and others.

How Do You Stone The Jamarat In Place Of A Delayed Stoning?

The way is to start from Jamarat Al-Ula, Al-Wusta, and Al-Aqabah perfectly for the first day. Then start again from Jamarat Al-Ula, Al-Wusta, and Al-Aqabah for the second day. Next, start again from Jamarat Al-Ula, Al-Wusta and Al-Aqaba for the third day.

What Is The Ruling On Those Who Leave The Stoning Of Al-Aqabah On The 10th Of Dhul-Hijjah And The Tasyriq Days?

1. For those who do not perform Jamarat Al-Aqabah on the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah, then have to bears a goat dam;
2. For people who leave one-time throw (1 day/1 throw/1 stone) are fined by giving one mud staple food (about ¾ kg) and for those who leave twice throw two mud (about 1 ½ kg) to the poor;
3. For those who leave three or more throws, bears a goat;
4. For those who leave all throws of Tasyriq days subject to a goat dam.

When Is Allowed To Stoning Jamarat Al-Aqabah, If Late Arriving In Mina From Arafat?

Arriving at Mina immediately threw Jamarat Al-Aqabah.
